At Colorado Chick, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unused items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must be returned with original tags and packaging

Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please email us at hello@coloradochick.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Colorado Chick is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@coloradochick.com within 3 days of delivery, and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
