Shipping Policy

At Colorado Chick, we’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items will ship.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Shipping Method

We ship all Colorado Chick orders via USPS.

Shipping options and rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the USPS shipping service selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days after your order ships.

Please note that delivery delays caused by USPS (weather, holidays, carrier delays, etc.) are outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Colorado Chick package every step of the way.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Colorado Chick is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS directly first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
